Times Square is located in New York City on
Eighth Avenue, flanked by 41st and 42nd Streets.
The 6700 ton, 40-story, 1.1 million square-foot
tower offers offices with a minimum of 9'6"
floor-to-ceiling glass and unobstructed views
of the Hudson River, Times Square and Midtown
Manhattan. The sophisticated design allows for
prominent exterior building signage 600 feet
above Times Square. The state-of-the-art tower
also includes 53,000 square feet of retail space
on three levels and 13,000 square feet of retail
signage along 42nd Street and the corner of
Eighth Avenue. This building is the first high
rise in New York City to utilize concrete core
construction that precedes the structural steel
erection. Steel erection will be complete in
2008.
Cives Steel Company was selected to fabricate
and erect this new Manhattan landmark by the
Construction Manager Plaza Construction,
New York, New York. The developer of
Eleven Times Square is SJP Properties
located in Parsippany, New Jersey.
