Northern Division has recently been awarded the contract to fabricate and erect approximately 9,000 tons of structural steel for the New Prudential Tower, in Newark NJ. The 20 story office tower includes 733,000 gross square feet to accommodate 3,000 employees. The adjoining parking garage includes 577,000 square foot of space to accommodate 1,400 vehicles. The aggressive erection schedule will begin in July of 2013 and will work two tower cranes on two shifts to be complete in January 2014.
