New England Division recently completed the fabrication and erection of over 9,000 tons of structural steel for the Fan Pier Parcel A and B projects in Boston. Each building rises 16 stories, with 3 levels of parking below grade. The buildings will house the offices of Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and are the 2nd and 3rd buildings to be erected at the Fan Pier site, which is adjacent to the Federal Courthouse.
