Cives Steel was awarded the NTT – PH1 Project with Holder Construction in Mesa, AZ. This is a 160,000 sqft data center with over 1500 tons of prime painted structural steel, NTT is a repeat customer for Cives. NWD is excited to start a good relationship with Holder Construction as this is the first job with Holder for NWD. Steel erection is set to begin May of 2021. Scope package includes management of Steel Erection, Metal Decking, Bar Joist, Detailing, and Metal Grating.
