Cives Steel was awarded the Spring District Block 6 Project with Turner Construction in Bellevue, WA. This is an office building with over 2,650 tons of structural steel, Turner is a repeat customer for Cives due to the Block 16 project that went extremely well in 2018. Steel erection is set to begin August of 2021. Scope package includes management of Steel Erection, Metal Decking, Miscellaneous Metals, and Detailing Subcontractors. NWD is extremely confident is a bright future with Turner Construction in the Seattle market and we are quickly becoming their go to fabricator.
