As part of the Engineering team, you will find yourself designing product to meet the dynamic needs of the marketplace while focusing on the manufacturability of the product. We accomplish this through constant communication with our sales team and our direct involvement with production. Our product line involves varying degrees of complication with the integration of mechanical components, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.  All systems are designed to work harmoniously with one another to produce the most comprehensive snow and ice equipment in North America. We are constantly pursuing the most effective solutions for our customers, new industry innovations, and increased manufacturability.

Here at Viking-Cives we pride ourselves on providing only the highest quality and most innovative products to the Municipal, Provincial/State, and private contractor markets. Building truck equipment since 1960, we have experience producing a full line of snowplows, combination dump bodies, conventional dump bodies, material spreaders, de-icing material application equipment, as well as our industry disrupting Tow Plow. Viking-Cives is also a leading distributor of various hydraulic systems, dump bodies, and an assortment of related truck equipment. We represent many of the leading truck equipment manufacturers throughout North America and have the knowledge and experience to install even the most complicated snow and ice truck equipment packages. In Canada, our products are built and installed through our main plant in Mount Forest, Ontario, and through our factory stores in Calgary and Edmonton. In this role, the successful person will weld and install snow & ice removal products, mechanical equipment, dump bodies, and more on standard and customized commercial trucks
