Hydraulics Installer – Calgary

Job Summary:

Joining the Viking-Cives family you will have pride working within our fast-paced custom installation shop, installing snow & ice removal products, mechanical equipment, dump bodies, etc., on standard and customized heavy commercial trucks. (Personal tools required).

What We Are Looking for:

Skills/Qualifications:
•Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
•Basic mathematical skills.
•Hands-on experience working with heavy-duty commercial vehicle equipment and accessories preferred.
•Read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
•Flexible, dedicated, motivated, challenge seeker, results driven.
•Ability to work with others and independently.

Hands-on experience working with heavy-duty commercial truck equipment and accessories preferred.

Experience:
Mechanical/installation experience/knowledge preferred.

What You'll Do As A Hydraulics Installer – Calgary

Hydraulics Installation: Knowledge in fluid power and hydraulic systems.
•Handle heavy materials manually or with overhead cranes.
•Maintain traceable requirements by completing required documentation.
•Comfortable using air/electric tools, shop measuring tools & cutting equipment, to cut stock tubing, angle iron, channel iron, flat bar, etc.
•Produce quality product in a safe manner while focusing on given standards.
•Maintain daily cleanliness of work area.
•Adhere to all safety practices and report any unsafe conditions, broken or malfunctioning equipment.
