New Project Cooper University
Cooper University Health Care has launched the first phase of its $3 billion “Project Imagine” expansion at its Health Sciences Campus in Camden. This phase features a 10-story, 345,000-square-foot hospital tower at the corner of MLK and Haddon Avenue, across from the MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper. Scheduled for completion by 2028, the tower will include 125 private rooms, expanded women’s services with labor and delivery rooms, a new neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and additional operating rooms. It will also house education and research spaces, a modern medical library, and a state-of-the-art medical command center.
