CNC Inputter/Programmer

We are seeking a CNC Inputter/Programmer Trainee to join our North‑West Division in Idaho Falls, Idaho. This role provides a strong foundation for a long‑term career within an established, employee‑owned organization committed to professional growth and advancement.
Job Description
No prior experience is required; a full training program will be provided. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, dependable, and possess good mathematical skills. The position requires the ability to read and interpret structural drawings and to manage multiple project files on a daily basis.
Primary Responsibilities
- Interpret fabrication drawings (blueprints)
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Utilize computer‑generated files to prepare CNC machine programs
- Program detailed components for structural steel members
Compensation is based on experience. There is a 90‑day probationary period for all new hires.
