Ballstate University and Cives Steel Company
We were excited to host a group of seniors from Ball State University’s Construction Management Program as part of their Capstone project. The students asked our team to serve as their industry mentor, and we were happy to say yes. We spent the day walking them through our full process, including bidding, award, pre-planning, planning, and execution. Our team also reviewed their project work and shared real-world insights they can directly apply to their project documents. The future of construction and steel fabrication is bright with talented, driven students like these entering the industry, and we’re proud to play a small part in helping shape what’s next.
