NWD Hangs 1st Column at the West Valley Hospital
On March 23, 2026, Cives Steel NWD hung the first column for the new West Valley Hospital in Utah, marking a major project milestone. The completed hospital will contain 3,466 tons of structural steel and feature 200 exam rooms, 130 in‑patient recovery rooms, and a full emergency wing and surgical suite equipped with a helipad. The facility sits on a 22‑acre site, is planned to rise eight stories, and will span roughly 800,000 square feet. The project is expected to be completed in late 2028.
