In 1985, Viking-Cives, Ltd. became the second snow plow manufacturing facility in the Viking-Cives Group and opened its doors for business. The Mount Forest, Ontario, Canada location is currently the largest manufacturing facility in the Viking-Cives Group.
Viking-Cives, Ltd. has experienced steady growth, continually introducing innovative products that are now essential components of snow and ice control equipment on roads across North America. Our notable products include the flagship Proline combination body, Tow Plow, Roller Pro, Salt Saver, and our latest innovation, the Magna Wing. The combination of engineering, quality craftsmanship, and service has kept Viking-Cives, Ltd. on the leading edge of the snow and ice control industry.
In 2018, Viking-Cives, Ltd. expanded its operations by launching an installation and service facility in Calgary, Alberta with plans to open another facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Additionally, we have developed a robust dealer network, including a partnership with Gincor Werx.
