Viking-Cives Great Lakes

After careful planning and an extensive search for the ideal location the Viking-Cives Group chose to site their fourth snow and ice control equipment manufacturing division in south central Michigan. Sitting on 42 acres, this new facility known as Viking-Cives Great Lakes was established November 2023 in Battle Creek, Michigan.
Viking-Cives Great Lakes overall plant size is approximately 93,000 square feet and includes state of the art manufacturing space in addition to a full-service truck upfitting facility. Equipment to be manufactured in Battle Creek will be comprised of stainless-steel products including truck bodies and salt spreaders.
From their Battle Creek location Viking-Cives Great Lakes will market its products throughout the upper Midwest part of the country including Ohio and Pennsylvania. In addition, stainless-steel products will be supplied from Battle Creek to support sales originating from the sales territories of Viking-Cives, (USA), Viking-Cives Midwest, Inc. and Viking-Cives, Ltd. Lindco Equipment Sales, Inc. in Merrillville, Indiana will strategically promote Viking-Cives Great Lakes products in the northern Indiana and greater Chicago market areas.
